Welsh Thursday Improvers 25/26


Group Description :
This group is aimed at those who have done several years of Welsh at Congleton U3A. We are coming to the end of  "Cwrs Sylfaen", this is a second book in a series of three for adults learning Welsh. We will probably move on to Cwrs Canolradd during the next year. We have a novel currently on the go.  We read some of our current story book each week. We also use material from other sources such as the magazine Lingo Newydd.  We also have "Siarad yn Gymraeg yn unig" slots each week. New joiners are welcome but a reasonable knowledge of Welsh vocabulary and language structure would be essential.

a) The entrance has 3x 10cm(4inches) deep steps up to it.

There are handrails on both sides.

b) There is a 4m(10ft) long ramp with a handrail and a flat space at the top. 

c) The entrance door is not automatic opening.

a) There are accessible toilets (key in café).

b) There is sufficient space adjacent to the toilet for a wheelchair user to slide across. 

c) There are grab rails.

d) The washbasins etc. are at a suitable height.

a) There is public transport within 50m (164ft). 

b) The venue has a payable car park.

There are two disabled spaces, approx. 20m(66ft) to the entrance.

There is sufficient room in a disabled parking space to open a door widely for a wheelchair.
