Improve your Spanish 25/26


Group Description :
All members have some knowledge of Spanish. Through a variety of activities including listening to Podcasts, reading a wide range of articles and playing games, we aim to improve our speaking skills and our knowledge of the language and culture of Spanish speaking countries. To improve and refresh our knowledge of Spanish grammar, we are now using “Intermediate Spanish Grammar” from the Practice Makes Perfect series published by McGraw Hill. Year 25/26: Members of the group in 24 / 25 will be given priority but we hope to be able to take 2 new members in 25 / 26.

a) The entrance has 3x 10cm(4inches) deep steps up to it.

There are handrails on both sides.

b) There is a 4m(10ft) long ramp with a handrail and a flat space at the top. 

c) The entrance door is not automatic opening.

a) There are accessible toilets (key in café).

b) There is sufficient space adjacent to the toilet for a wheelchair user to slide across. 

c) There are grab rails.

d) The washbasins etc. are at a suitable height.

a) There is public transport within 50m (164ft). 

b) The venue has a payable car park.

There are two disabled spaces, approx. 20m(66ft) to the entrance.

There is sufficient room in a disabled parking space to open a door widely for a wheelchair.
