A cycling group that caters for those wishing shorter and less demanding rides, but with the occasional longer day on one of the trails. Usually Friday morning but an 'away day' can be chosen to suit venue and interested riders. Turnout of between eight and twelve people is normal and members of the group take it in turns to plan and lead rides, which are about 15 to 20 miles plus the distance from home to start point, and last about 2.5 hours. We take a winter break from Mid December to the end of February to avoid the most inclement weather. A register is kept for this group, and only those members with 50% or more attendance will be automatically enrolled the following year. Those members with less than 50% attendance are welcome to re-apply for a place on the registration date. Year 2026/27: the existing members will be given priority but there is expected to be 2 places available for new joiners.
