Group Description :
Purely for pleasure and the fun it is to be part of a group enjoying a play read aloud together! Plays will range from old to new, high comedy to darkest tragedy. Members of the group will be given the chance to read parts aloud in an appropriate accent or manner - or in a normal voice - just as the mood takes them! For those not allocated a part on the day, our aim is to ensure those listening will also enjoy the experience. Priority will be given to existing group members for enrolment onto the 26/27 group.

Physical Access

a) The entrance has 3x 12cm(5inches) deep steps up to it.

There is a handrail on one side.

There are no contrast strips at the step edge. 

b) There is a 6m(20ft) long ramp with a handrails on both sides and a flat space at the top. 

c) The entrance door is not automatic opening.

There is no alternative accessible entrance. 

The internal doors are easy to open.

a) There are accessible toilets identified.

b) There is sufficient space adjacent to the toilet for a wheelchair user to slide across. 

c) There are grab rails.

d) The washbasins etc. are at a suitable height. 

e) There is an alarm cord that reaches the floor.

b) The venue has car parking or there is parking within 50m (164ft).

There is one disabled space, approx. 8m(26ft) to the entrance.

There is sufficient room in a disabled parking space to open a door widely for a wheelchair.
